ABOUT GRAND MASTER DOSA KWON
PRESIDENT

I am the President of International Pro Taekwondo of Oceania Association (IPTA Oceania) based in Sydney, representing its Headquarters in Korea.
The IPTA ( Headquarters) is a vast martial arts in 20 countries across the world. I also represent the Korean Composite Martial Arts Federation and the Bul Moo Do (Buddhist Martial Arts) Federation in the Oceania region. I am also a member of the Australia Taekwondo Federation and The NSW Taekwondo Association.

I first came to Australia in 1991. Since then I have been actively involved in the teaching of Martial Arts and have also been actively engaged in the promotion of Pro Taekwondo in Australia as well as in the neighbouring island countries. I have taught Pro Taekwondo at various Do-jang's, schools and many local communities including the Aboriginal Community. I have also expanded this operation and activities to other Oceania islands countries such as Samoa, Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea and Vanuatu where we have achieved remarkable success.

I have trained in various forms of Martial Arts since i was young. I have a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education. I have had extensive training in Martial Arts with Grand Master Yeo-po, Sung-mee and Ando.
Grand Master Ando is the highest-ranking Master instructor in Bul Moo Do.

I taught Taekwondo at the Kyungnam University in Korea from 1985 to 1990. I have taught Martial Arts at various Do-Jang's and temples to many Martial Artists in mountainous areas of Korea for many years.
